Judy is a Life Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Development & Leadership at Skidmore College and worked for 15 years as EVP of HR and Organizational Development at a prestigious financial services organization.

Since then, Judy has owned her own consulting practice, HR Essentials Inc., for the past 12 years with a total of 26 years of HR experience. She's taught as Adjunct Faculty at IUPUI, Organizational Leadership Dept and at Interstrength® Associates.

Judy has been a featured speaker at several international conferences on the subject of conflict resolution and personality type. Additional certifications include Certified Workplace Conflict Resolution Professional and trainer, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Assessment, Management Team Role indicator (MTR-i™), MRG Certified External Consultant, Interstrength® Temperament and X-Style Assessments and the Majors™ PTI Assessment.

She is a Past President of the Human Resources Association of Central Indiana and the Indiana Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type. Her areas of expertise and specialty include teaching the understanding/tolerance of individual differences, organizational development & planning, team performance improvement, HR audits, personality style/job fit and conflict intervention & harassment investigations.
