Kristi is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and earned her BA in Human Resources Management from Ball State University. She offers over eighteen years of progressive HR generalist experience with global companies such as General Electric, Bway Corporation, and Borg Warner Automotive, as well as a telecommunications engineering start up. She currently partners with manufacturing, distribution and professional service organizations to address their urgent issues, build proper HR foundations and accelerate human resources programs.

Kristi has served as President for the Society for Advancement of Management at Ball State University, receiving both regional and national outstanding student recognition for her activities and she earned Six Sigma Green Belt certification at GE. Specialty areas for Kristi include development of talent management programs, developing performance cultures and systems, coaching seasoned managers and first time team leaders, union avoidance activities and training, compliance and leadership training, building communication programs, conducting climate and attitude surveys, affirmative action programs, and company integration/consolidation activities.
