Nancy has been consulting for over 18 years in both North America and Europe. Her expertise with senior management teams and high level managers has focused on building a strategic advantage through the development of people. Nancy's understanding of organizational dynamics is based on having spent time as both an employee and as an external consultant. She understands the dynamics underlying individual and team performance. She has gained an excellent perspective on what makes successful leaders, and how that impacts the bottom line.

Nancy has worked in the areas of leadership and coaching, organizational development, assimilation, and change management in the service of such clients as CHI (Catholic Health Initiative at both regional and national offices), Huntsville Hospital, Memorial Health Care System, American Commercial Lines (transportation) and RCI (Resort Condominium International.)

Nancy has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, an MS in Counseling Psychology from Northern Illinois University. She spent a year at the University of Copenhagen in International Studies. She is certified in the Personal Style Indicator and all MRG's instruments, Personal Directions, LEA 360, OCI and ESSI.
