Rebecca Schembre

Rebecca is an experienced HR Manager, returning to the workforce after raising her two young daughters to school age. Prior to her sabbatical Rebecca was a client of HR Essentials in her role at Monarch Beverage Company. With the guidance and support of HR Essentials, Rebecca formed and directed the first official HR Department at Monarch and served on the senior management team there. She built the recruiting, retention, employee relations, benefit/compensation, EEO compliance, training and development, HR strategic planning and payroll/HRIS systems for a 350-employee company over a period of six years. Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Concordia University and she studied Elementary Education at Indiana University for several years. Rebecca's technical skills and many years of previous management experience will be utilized in her consulting team/client support role as she restarts her HR career in a consulting role.
Rebecca brings many years of experience and knowledge of the warehouse and distribution center business to HR Essentials.
