- presentation of HR Audit Lite Results with a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources
HR Essentials Audit includes basic descriptions of what should be in place to keep your organization in compliance as well as a critique of your existing practices and what is missing to achieve a basic level of compliance. It will also identify the professional HR practices necessary to build a competent workforce and a work environment that retains valued employees. An evaluation of your training plans for management and employees will complete this abbreviated yet powerful review of essential workplace practices.
Important to Note: HR Essentials Audit will not include a complete review of every aspect of compliance or workplace practices. It will also not include "how-to" or "step-by-step" instructions for employers to implement themselves. Most HR procedures for achieving compliance or proactive employee relations plans/activities are too complex for explanation in this entry-level audit package.
